Liebrum Properties was the second arm of the Liebrum team way back in 1993 when Mike Liebrum was brokering real estate lots in the Nacogdoches area and caught the vision of new development.  Mike worked closely with a local bank and was able to purchase his first land for development with multiple pre-signed contracts for the to-be-developed lots.  This first subdivision, Country Place, was the launching pad for the 9 developments that the Liebrum team has brought to Nacogdoches real estate.
